Terms of Service

You must be 13 or older to use Bubble. If you're under 18, you need your parent or guardian's permission. By using Bubble you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person — don't share accounts or resell access.

You may not use Bubble to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service.
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse free tiers, or resell access.
• Introduce malware, spam, or any other malicious content.
• Use computer control features to access systems you don't own or have permission to access.
• Automate actions that violate other services' terms of use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

You own what you create. By using Bubble, you grant GrapeLabs, LLC a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to operate the service — serving your chats back to you, storing your history, and improving reliability. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not sell your content to third parties.

Bubble is powered by large language models. You understand that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always verify important information.
• Do not rely on Bubble for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
• Computer control features execute real commands on your machine. Review what Bubble is doing, especially for destructive actions.
• We are not responsible for the consequences of AI-generated outputs or automated computer actions.

Bubble offers the following plans:

• Free — 50,000 tokens per 4-hour session. Includes web search, code panel, file uploads, image generation, and voice mode.
• Pro ($14.99/mo or $149/yr) — 250,000 tokens per 4-hour session. Includes everything in Free, plus agent mode (3 runs per session), desktop computer control, and MCP connectors.
• Max — Coming soon. Unlimited tokens, priority access, and dedicated infrastructure.

Tokens measure the combined length of your messages and Bubble's responses. Sessions reset on a rolling 4-hour window. Credits can be purchased to extend usage beyond your plan's session limit at $1 per 50,000 tokens.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Stripe.
• Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once used.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

The Bubble desktop app (Windows) enables computer control features that allow Bubble to interact with your operating system, including running commands, moving files, and controlling your mouse and keyboard. By enabling computer control:

• You consent to Bubble executing actions on your computer on your behalf.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions before they are taken.
• We are not liable for data loss, system damage, or unintended consequences from automated computer actions.
• You should not grant Bubble access to systems you don't own or aren't authorized to control.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using Bubble you agree to our privacy practices.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service.
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• Suspend the service in response to legal requirements or security threats.

GrapeLabs, LLC owns the Bubble platform, including its design, code, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any IP rights to you. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Bubble application without our written permission.

Bubble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrapeLabs, LLC's liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Bubble is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of Bubble after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
