What changed.

Blunt mode. Toggle it in the chat header and Bubble drops the hedging. No "great question", no softening bad news with a compliment first. If your idea has a hole in it you hear about the hole.

Rewrote most of the copy across the site. It read like a press release. It reads like a person now.

Second message in a computer-control chat was returning a 400 every time. Orphaned tool_use blocks were getting sent back without their matching results, which the API rejects. Filtered out now.

Cancelling an already-cancelled Stripe subscription threw instead of just saying "already cancelled".

Screenshots sent during computer control are compressed to 50% and JPEG-encoded before they go anywhere. Same task went from roughly 50k tokens to about 3k.

Coordinates were being read off the shrunk screenshot and clicked at the shrunk position, so it kept clicking the top-left quadrant of wherever it meant to go.

Setup flow on first login. Asks what to call you and roughly what you do, then remembers it.

Every icon in the app swapped to Phosphor. Purely because the old set was on every other AI app and I got tired of looking at it.
